Fueling your body is easy with our nutritious and delicious meals. All our meals are wheat free, dairy free, refined sugar free and delivered fresh twice a week.
Our menu changes weekly and is live every Wednesday. You can place your order for the week following on a Wednesday - Friday 6pm. Meals are then delivered to two deliveries - first being Monday / Tuesday meals and then second Wednesday - Friday meals.

Monday, Tuesday meals will be delivered on Sunday/Monday
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday meals will be delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday

Menus for the week following are released on a Tuesday afternoon and orders close on Fridays 6pm

At the moment we only deliver weekly nourished meals within this range highlighted on our map here. We however provide catering to Auckland - Waikato - BOP and surrounding areas.
